Marianne really helped me out with this property. I had paid cash for my daughter to buy this house and then she got married and they refinanced for a large sum……then the market crashed and my daughter passed away……and the house was worth less than the new mortgage. House also was abandoned in the middle of all the updates. Marianne paid for the Probate and effected a Short Sale and all was good….I even received some money after she rehabbed and resold the property.
